Shade variation is an inherent characteristic of glass, stone, ceramic and porcelain tile products. Always make color selections from a product sample. Upon request and prior to order shipment, Mosaic Tile Company will provide a sample piece at no charge for customer approval (customer is responsible for freight only).  If the sample is approved, the order will be shipped as requested.  Order shipments may vary from samples- please inspect the entire shipment prior to installation as all sales are final and returns will not be honored. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product. No claims will be honored after installation.
