Maryland - Baltimore (Owings Mills) and Rockville
Virginia - Fairfax, Chantilly, Lorton, Richmond and Virginia Beach
North Carolina - Greensboro and Raleigh
Shipping Information:
Orders may be picked up or delivered. If you choose to pick up your order, you will be contacted via email to select the Design Center at which you would like to pick up your order. You will then be notified via email when your order is available for pick up. If the delivery address is within the delivery radius of one of our 9 Design Centers, you may choose to have your tile delivered via our stock truck. If the delivery address is outside the radius, the order will be shipped via UPS or freight truck. All orders will ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping times vary based on chosen method.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
ALL INVENTORY CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. If your order is damaged during shipment, contact orders@mosaictileco.com for replacement information.
To cancel an order, contact Customer Service via e-mail at orders@mosaictileco.com. The order must be cancelled prior to shipment. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
