Request Samples
Sample pieces are available for all products. To request a
sample, click
here to email a Customer Service Representative. List all of the products for which you would like a sample (maximum of 3 products). Please include the series name, color and size (for example: Luxor Bone 9x13).
Sample requests for field tiles will be sent free of charge, however the customer is responsible for freight. Decorative Tiles, Listellos, Trim Pieces and Fixtures will be charged full price plus shipping. Samples may be returned for a full refund, excluding initial and return shipping charges.
Note: Field tiles are generally those that are sold by the square foot, with the exception of Mosaics. Mosaics and tiles that are sold by the piece will usually incur a sample charge.
In addition, please provide your Name, Address and Phone Number. Sample Requests cannot be shipped without a phone number. Your information will not be sold or used for any other purpose than to contact you in regards to this sample request.
