Shipping Options

Orders may be picked up or delivered.

In Store Pick Up:
If you choose to pick up your order, you will be contacted via email to select the Design Center at which you would like to pick up your order. You will then be notified via email when your order is available for pick up. Most orders will be available for pick-up in within 48 hours if the order is placed by 2:00pm EST.

Delivery Options:

Local Delivery:
If the delivery address is within a 50 mile radius of one of our 9 Design Centers, you may choose to have your tile delivered via our stock truck. There is a fee of $100 for local residential deliveries. Local deliveries include curbside, liftgate only services. Someone must be at home to receive and sign for the material.

Ground Delivery:
If the delivery address is outside our Local Delivery radius, the order will be shipped via UPS, Fed-Ex or via freight truck (depending on the weight of the order). You will be contacted with a freight quote prior to order shipment. You must confirm the shipping charges before the order will be processed


All orders will ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping times vary based on chosen method.
